If you know us, you’ll know we absolutely love a sauna. Long before saunas became the wellness trend they are today, we were part of Brighton’s small but passionate sauna community - a group of people brought together by sea swims, deep breaths, and that incredible post-sauna feeling you just can’t beat.
Now, saunas are popping up everywhere, and we’re so excited to see the culture growing. Which is why it feels extra special that the UK’s biggest ever sauna festival is coming to Brighton this month and even more exciting that we’re part of it.
For one weekend only, 20+ saunas from across the UK will take over Brighton beach, alongside meditation sessions, sea swimming, leaf whisking, Aufguss masters, breathwork, and of course, lots and lots of sauna time.
Join us on Sunday 31st May for our very own signature My Skin Feels Aufguss partnered with our fave local sauna - Saunadelic where you will experience a traditional sauna ritual inspired by our citrusy skincare. Expect uplifting aromas, exfoliating body scrubs, warm birch leaves, guided breathwork, and deep relaxation designed to leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated, and completely reset.
