Shipping and returns

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes we ship to the United States via our partners at Credo Beauty. Find out more about their shipping here.

My Skin Feels does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to goods returned by the customer.

Do you ship to the EU?

I'm afraid not. We tried it, but it's impossible to avoid the customs charges that come with shipping outside of the UK. We have found that our customers (quite rightly) don't want to pay for the charges and as a start-up it's not something we can afford to absorb right now.

If you are in the USA the best place to shop our products is from credobeauty.com.

We do however ship to the Channel Islands.

How much is postage?

UK postage is via Royal Mail and is the following.

  • £2.99 tracked 48-hour delivery
  • £4.99 Tracked 24-hour delivery

Prices differ for the EU and the USA and vary dependant on country and weight. Please note cut off time for tracked 48 and 24 hour delivery is 1pm on Friday. Orders will not be sent out over the weekend.

Product

Are your products palm oil free?

We don't directly purchase or use palm oil in our products and we do our very best to avoid it. However, some ingredients may contain small amounts of derivatives. In this case, they are RSPO MB certified sustainable. You can find out more here.

Are the My Skin Feels products natural?

Yes, they are over 99% natural. You can find out more here.

Are the My Skin Feels products organic?

Our products contain organic ingredients where they could be certified. A lot of our ingredients have come from organic sources, but because the rescued food process is still new to the market they have not yet been certified organic.

Our breakfast oats, orange juice and olive oil ingredients are from organic sources.

We are hoping to increase the amount of organic ingredients we use and to encourage the certifying body to recognise rescued food waste as organic where suitable.

Are the My Skin Feels products vegan?

Yes, they are 100% vegan.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, both products have been dermatologically tested and are suitable for sensitive skin.

Are your oats gluten free?

Yes the oats we use in our products are certified gluten free.

Are your products suitable for eczema?

Both products are dermatologically tested for sensitive skin, but our Healthy Hydrating Moisturiser has been additionally tested and is suitable for eczema prone skin too. You can find out more about how it works here...

Can I eat the My Skin Feels products?

Please note, our products are for external use only.

Can I use My Skin Feels on my body?

Our first two products are designed to be used on your face but if you love them, by all means use them on your body too. Watch this space for body products coming soon.

Can I use your products on my baby?

Both of our products are over 99% natural and dermatologically tested for sensitive and eczema-prone skin so super safe for the most sensitive of skin. Legally we advise that our products be used on children over the age of 3.

Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, you sure can.

Do the My Skin Feels products contain Parabens?

Nope. We don’t contain any of the below either.

  • Phthalates
  • Artificial Dyes or Colours
  • Artificial Fragrances or Perfumes
  • Silicones
  • SLS/SLES
  • Animal Products or Testing
  • Formaldehyde
  • PEGs

Does My Skin Feels test on animals?

Absolutely not. We are big animal lovers and we’re strongly against animal cruelty of any kind.

Does your moisturiser contain SPF?

Not currently. It’s hard to make a good quality, ocean-friendly, natural SPF but watch this space!

How are the My Skin Feels products fragranced?

They are naturally fragranced with our uplifting essential oil blend. We will never use synthetic fragrances or perfumes in our products. Plus we only use the teeniest, tiniest amount so it's super safe for the most sensitive of skin.

Can I use the products to remove makeup?

Yes our Fruity Foaming Face Wash is amazing at getting rid of makeup, sweat dirt and pollution.

What do you mean by rescued food waste?

Recycling

How do I recycle my empties?

All of our cardboard boxes, stickers, tape and postcards can go straight into the recycling bin.

To recycle our products:

  • Finish your products
  • Unscrew the plastic cap from the aluminium tube
  • Pop both items separately in your recycling bin

It’s worth checking with your local recycling facility. If you're unsure please contact us at contact@myskinfeels.com.

How do I send the plastic lids back to you?

If you're unsure how to recycle the plastic caps, you can send them back to us and we will recycle them for you. Plus, send us a picture of your receipt and we will knock it off the price of your next order.
