Yes we ship all over the world via our partners at Wolf & Badger. They make international shipping super quick and easy so you get our products faster. You can check out more about their shipping rates here but please note, they are much cheaper than if we were to ship to you directly ourselves.

My Skin Feels does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to goods returned by the customer.

UK postage is via Royal Mail and is the following.

• £2.99 tracked 48-hour delivery
• £4.99 Tracked 24-hour delivery

Prices differ for the EU and the USA and vary dependant on country and weight.

Please note we have a 30-day return policy. We are only able to accept returns on unopened and unused items.

We use Royal Mail to ship our orders to you. There is both a 24-hour tracked and a 48-hour tracked option at the checkout. If you have not received your order in the allocated time, please let us know and we will track it down for you.

We don't directly purchase or use palm oil in our products and we do our very best to avoid it. However, some ingredients may contain small amounts of derivatives. In this case, they are RSPO MB certified sustainable. You can find out more here.

Yes, they are over 99% natural. You can find out more here.

Our products contain organic ingredients where they could be certified. A lot of our ingredients have come from organic sources, but because the rescued food process is so new to the market they have not yet been certified organic.

We are hoping to increase the amount of organic ingredients we use and to encourage the certifying body to recognise rescued food waste as organic where suitable.

Yes, they are 100% vegan.

Yes, both products have been dermatologically tested and are suitable for sensitive skin.

Please note, our products are for external use only.

Nope. We don’t contain any of the below either.

Absolutely not. We are big animal lovers and we’re strongly against animal cruelty of any kind.

Not currently. It’s hard to make a good quality, ocean-friendly, natural SPF but watch this space!

They are naturally fragranced with a unique essential oil blend. You can see it below:

You can use My Skin Feels Clean to wash off makeup but please take care to avoid contact with your eyes. If this occurs wash the affected area thoroughly with water. If irritation occurs discontinue use.

All of our cardboard boxes, stickers, tape and postcards can go straight into the recycling bin.

To recycle our products:

• Finish your products
• Unscrew the plastic cap from the aluminium tube
• Pop both items separately in your recycling bin

It’s worth checking with your local recycling facility. If you're unsure please contact us at contact@myskinfeels.com.

If you're unsure how to recycle the plastic caps, you can send them back to us and we will recycle them for you. Plus, send us a picture of your recipe and we will knock it off the price of your next order.
