We're runner's up in the Marie Claire Sustainability Awards 🏆

If this doesn’t show a start up founder's desk then we don’t know what does. 😂 Products everywhere, mood boards on every wall, much needed zinc immunity drops, empty tea mugs and a stack of random stuff you haven’t looked at in ages but you know it’s important…

Today was a little different though because although we were in our office, we got to go to an awards ceremony, but not just any awards ceremony, the Marie Claire Sustainability Awards where we came highly commended AKA runners up in the Best Small Biz category! 🏆

To say we’re chuffed is an understatement. One of the 50 judges was actually Dr Jane Goodall... 😱

We built our brand and our natural skincare products sustainability first but not because it’s a “trend” or a “fad” but because it’s how business should be run. After 14 years in the beauty industry I figured if I could do it better by myself, then surely it has to show the big brands that they need to and can easily be doing more to protect the planet and run a more conscious business that betters everyone.

The future is not about profits, it’s about creating businesses that do more than just sell great products. If you have a platform and a voice (no matter how small) it’s an opportunity to create change and although we’re only small now, you’d better best believe that as we grow our voice will only get louder and our mission to find beauty in waste and make products to help our customers find their way back to themselves will continue to be at the forefront of everything we do.

Cheers to all the winners and the runner’s up from today and a HUGE thank you to the Marie Claire team and all of the judges for seeing us and believing in us too. ❤️
