Last week, we got invited to do something very, very cool…
Our founder got to live out a lifelong dream of being on a game show!Â
We were invited by giffgaff to take part in The Board - a game show specifically designed for entrepreneurs. And boy, oh boy, was it a hoot!
So, what is The Board?
Think Snakes and Ladders, but instead of simply rolling the dice and hoping for the best, you’re faced with questions and challenges all about running a business.
There were different scenarios, dilemmas and ethical questions to tackle, including some pretty tricky decisions around money, how you’d spend it and what you’d prioritise as a business owner.
And, of course, there was plenty of pressure to make the right call!
But there was an extra twist…
The game was secretly being watched by two industry professionals. Depending on how they felt about our answers and the decisions we made, they could choose to interview us at the end - giving us the chance to win either one-to-one mentorship or a cash prize.
No pressure, then! 😂
