Made with an incredibly potent blend of skin-soothing ingredients, our Magic Balm has been two years in the making. 

We wanted to create a balm that feels as light and silky as a serum, but delivers the deep hydration and soothing comfort you’d expect from a rich balm, without the heavy, greasy texture - it literally melts into your skin.

Made with our signature blend of naturally nutrient-rich rescued food ingredients that would otherwise have gone to waste, including our hero ingredient, Cork Oak Extract. Rescued from the wine industry and from the very same plant used to make wine corks, this powerful botanical complex helps protect and soothe sensitive, reactive and inflamed skin in a flash.

Combined with a whole host of skin-loving ingredients, including oat lipids, vitamin E-rich apple seed oil, and flavonoid-and phenolic-rich rice bran, to help soothe, nourish and comfort your skin.

Separate the plastic label from the aluminium tin. Pop the tin in your recycling bin and the label in soft plastic recycling only.

Our labels are made from recycled plastic rescued from rivers and waterways in Indonesia. Currently this was the most eco-friendly material we could source for our labels but we are working on finding an alternative solution asap.

FAQ

Is it gluten-free, vegan and cruelty-free?

All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free - always. While oats are naturally gluten-free, the rescued breakfast oats we use can come into contact with gluten-containing grains during growing and processing, so we can't guarantee our products are fully gluten-free. If you have coeliac disease or a known gluten allergy, we'd recommend patch-testing first.

Can I use it during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes - all our products are over 99% natural and free from harsh synthetics, parabens, SLS/SLES, silicones and endocrine disruptors, our face wash is a lovely gentle choice for pregnancy and breastfeeding. As always, we recommend running the full ingredient list past your GP or midwife if you have any concerns.

Is it safe for sensitive and eczema-prone skin?

It's been dermatologically tested for sensitive skin and is free from parabens, fragrance, alcohol, SLS/SLES and silicones. The fermented rescued oats inside are postbiotic-rich and microbiome-balancing, helping calm redness, soothe irritation and support reactive skin. As with any new skincare, we recommend a quick patch test first, just to make sure your skin is happy.

Do the My Skin Feels products contain Parabens?

Nope. We don’t contain any of the below either.

Are the My Skin Feels products organic?

Our products contain organic ingredients where they could be certified. A lot of our ingredients have come from organic sources, but because the rescued food process is still new to the market they have not yet been certified organic.

Our breakfast oats, orange juice and olive oil ingredients are from organic sources.

We are hoping to increase the amount of organic ingredients we use and to encourage the certifying body to recognise rescued food waste as organic where suitable.

Is it for all skin types?

Yes! Our Magic Balm is formulated to suit all skin types, from dry and sensitive to combination and even oily. It melts straight into the skin, delivers all-day hydration without feeling heavy, and works year-round. Plus you can use it on lips, hands, cuticles. anywhere you need a little TLC.

How often shall I use it and how much shall I use?

You can never use too much of our Magic Balm. A little goes a long way so less is more with this one.

  • We like to apply to our lips all day long
  • If you're using it on your face, we reccomend using it at night time
  • On your hands when you need some deep hydration especially in those winter months
  • On dry patches whenever your skin needs a little TLC

We take water used from squeezing fresh, organic, Mediterranean Mandarins that would otherwise go to waste. This nutrient-dense water includes a whole host of antioxidants that can be used by the skin to brighten and perfect skin tone and texture.

This massively reduces the amount of ‘new water’ we have to use so this planet loving alternative gets a big thumbs up from us and an even bigger thumbs up from Mother Nature.

We take Italian tomato skins from the ketchup and tomato sauce industry that were destined for the trash and turn them into a skin superfood that’s packed full of antioxidants.

These skin-brightening antioxidants protect the complexion from free radicals (generated by UV rays, pollution, and other environmental toxins) working to brighten the skin leaving it feeling nourished, soothed, and oh-so radiant.

Breakfast Oats

We take soothing, organic, Italian oat waste leftover from the food and breakfast industry and ferment it before it goes into our skin-loving products.

This unique fermentation process helps to increase and activate their natural prebiotic, antioxidant and amino acid content to reduce inflammation and balance the skin’s microbiota. The result is an active ingredient that helps to reduce breakouts, soothe inflammation and prevent dryness, leaving the complexion feeling calm, restored and unbelievably soft.

We use by-products from the organic Italian Olive Oil industry (the OG’s of OO) that would otherwise go to waste to create our super smooth moisturiser. 

This wonder plant is packed with antioxidants and has been used for thousands of years to enhance the complexion. We use a unique blend that includes Olive Pomace to help your skin better absorb our products for bright, healthy, resplendent skin all day long.
